1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing Lureximo, submitting a request or order, accepting an opportunity, using a business portal or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms & User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet any age, licensing, documentation, insurance, identity, background, vehicle, business or other requirements that apply to the Lureximo service you use or provide.
Lureximo may require additional verification before allowing access to certain services or features.
3. Lureximo’s Marketplace Role
Lureximo operates a technology marketplace that connects customers with providers, restaurants, stores, professionals and other participants. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, Lureximo does not itself perform every ride, delivery, restaurant service, repair, professional task or other marketplace service.
Independent providers and participating businesses are responsible for the services they agree to perform, subject to applicable law and Lureximo platform rules.
4. Accounts & Account Security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account.
- Notify Lureximo promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
- Lureximo may require identity or document verification before certain features are enabled.
5. Service-Specific Rules
XimoRide
Ride requests may include pickup, destination, route, timing, pricing, waiting, cancellation, toll, tip and trip-status information. Customers and providers must follow safety instructions and provide accurate trip information.
XimoBites
Restaurants control acceptance and preparation of food orders. A provider should not be dispatched for pickup until the restaurant marks the order ready under the applicable workflow. Menu availability, preparation time and item details are the responsibility of the participating restaurant, subject to Lureximo rules.
XimoDrop
Pickup and delivery requests may require PIN, QR, photo or other verification. Users must not request delivery of prohibited, illegal, unsafe or restricted items. Providers must follow the active pickup and delivery workflow and completion requirements.
XimoPro
Custom service requests may involve descriptions, photos, offers, pricing discussions or job-specific requirements. Customers are responsible for accurately describing requested work. Providers are responsible for determining whether they are qualified, licensed or otherwise permitted to perform the work.
6. Providers, Restaurants, Stores & Business Participants
Participants who earn money or operate a business through Lureximo must provide truthful information and maintain any licenses, permits, insurance, registrations, professional qualifications, food-safety requirements, vehicle requirements or other legal obligations applicable to their work.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees any minimum number of requests, orders, jobs, customers, earnings, revenue or geographic availability.
7. Payments, Fees, Tips & Payouts
Prices, service fees, platform fees, restaurant fees, provider fees, delivery charges, promotions, membership benefits, taxes, tips and other amounts may vary by service and may change over time. The amounts displayed or agreed to in the applicable transaction flow control that transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Tips are voluntary unless a specific service clearly states otherwise. Payment processors or financial service providers may handle card or payout information.
8. Cancellations, Waiting Charges, Refunds & Adjustments
Different services may have different cancellation, waiting, refund and adjustment rules. The rule displayed in the applicable request, order or service flow at the time of the transaction applies, subject to applicable law. Lureximo may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate charges, failed services or disputed completion before issuing or denying an adjustment.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Lureximo to:
- Commit fraud, theft, harassment, violence, discrimination or unlawful conduct.
- Provide false identity, business, vehicle, licensing, service or payment information.
- Manipulate ratings, referrals, promotions, pricing, location data or service completion records.
- Interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape data without permission or attempt unauthorized access.
- Transport or request prohibited, illegal, dangerous or restricted items or services.
- Use another person’s account without authorization.
- Threaten, abuse, stalk, exploit or endanger customers, providers, restaurant staff, store staff, employees or partners.
10. Safety & Emergency Situations
Lureximo may provide safety, verification, contact, tracking or reporting tools, but technology cannot eliminate all risk. Users must use reasonable judgment, follow applicable laws and instructions, and contact appropriate emergency services when immediate assistance is required.
Do not rely on Lureximo as an emergency response service.
11. Photos, Reviews, Messages & Other Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights necessary for Lureximo to host, display, process and use that content to operate, secure and improve the marketplace. You must have the right to submit any photo, review, message, logo, menu image, product image or other material you upload.
Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine marketplace experiences and must not be fraudulent, abusive or manipulated.
12. Platform Availability & Changes
Lureximo may add, remove, pause, modify or limit features, service categories, service areas, pricing tools, promotions or business programs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every service will be available in every location.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lureximo is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every provider, customer, restaurant, store, professional, service description, estimate, rating or third-party integration will always be accurate, available or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lureximo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses arising from use of the platform where such limitations are legally enforceable. Any limitation must be interpreted consistently with non-waivable consumer rights and other applicable law.
15. Suspension & Termination
Lureximo may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, repeated rule violations, nonpayment, misuse of the marketplace or protection of users and the platform. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as services, laws or platform operations change. Material changes may receive additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
